Paul Simper founded Luxury Buyers’ Agent France, as he recognised that the traditional real estate model in Europe, simultaneously works for the seller as well as the buyer. Therefore, it is not impartial and does not fully serve the buyers’ needs. Luxury Buyers’ Agent France is a unique and bespoke international property finding service, with the aim of simplifying the process and solely working with the buyer.
After a career of more than fifteen years in management consultancy and finance in London, Paul embarked on a new adventure in international real estate in France in 2019. A skilled negotiator with more than twenty years of experience, Paul thrives in providing and ensuring the highest standards of service for his clients.
Having worked across a variety of industries from investment banks to healthcare and technology companies as well as the public sector, Paul is adept at delivering complex goals to specific timescales. He prides himself in providing a strong sense of integrity and recognises that, above all, this is the key to any successful transaction along with a close sense of collaboration.
With his wife, three young boys, two dogs and a cat, Paul is truly living his own dream in France and is eager to help new friends realise that as well.
