An initial (and free), exploratory conversation is essential to discover and understand the buyer’s property requirements.  This may simply be an exercise in validation, but it can also be advisory, if the idea of purchasing an international property, is just that at this stage – an idea.  There are plenty of factors to consider such as the climate, ease of access internationally and not to mention the budget.  Once the parameters have been established, property searches and shortlisting suitable properties can begin in earnest.  Time and geographic location are typically limiting factors and, as such, arranging and attending viewings on behalf of the Buyer are standard. If needed, virtual viewings and/or videos with follow up conversations are also recommended.  This should establish a pre-approved shortlist of properties that your physical viewing trip will entail.  Helping with the orgainisation and planning of this trip can also be arranged if desired.  Luxury Buyers’ Agent France will attend these viewings, accompanying the Buyer to advise and assist where necessary.  Luxury Buyers’ Agent France will negotiate on behalf of the Buyer with vendors and their agents.  Support will be provided at all times to the Buyer through the purchase process, including liaison with notaries, agents and any other services required.
